• Contract & Legal Services - Contract drafting, contract advice, dispute resolution, mediation, conciliation, arbitration, adjudication and the provision of expert evidence. Our legal and commercial team are highly qualified professionals with considerable practical experience of delivering results to the Construction Industry.
In all commissions, we keep the client fully involved and briefed, providing advice on the most appropriate and economical course of action.
• Commercial Training - We provide training packages, tailored to each client’s unique needs and delivered by professionals with real practical experience across all construction sectors. Training ranges from Commercial Awareness and Contract Law, through to a range of different Standard Forms of Contract, such as NEC3 and Valuing Delay and Disruption. Courses give delegates an in-depth understanding of how contracts work in practice and are illustrated with practical examples taken from real projects.
All training complies with the requirements of the RICS, CIOB and IPM CPD programmes and can be run as in-house courses or as workshops. In addition we can provide key staff mentoring and/or the production of training manuals.
