Commercial Manager

  • To take responsibility of all commercial and contractual aspects on behalf of our clients on major projects within the civil engineering, rail, utilities and building industries.
  • You will have a track record of delivering high value projects within budget and possess good working knowledge and experience in various forms of contract.
  • An ability to manage and provide pre and post contract reports will be necessary as well as a need to be practiced at assessing legal and commercial risk on contracts.

A good communicator, you will possess good people skills and have an ability to successfully manage a team of commercial staff as well as being adept at integrating into the client management team.

Up to £65k plus excellent benefits package.

 

Senior Environmental Consultant

  • To deliver a range of environmental management consultancy services to our clients within rail, civil engineering and building industries
  • You will have proven experience in environmental management at both a corporate and project specific level
  • Areas of expertise will include EIA/SEA and sustainability
  • An ability to delivery training would be advantageous
  • An ability to manage service delivery from inception to completion is essential
Excellent remuneration package available for right candidate.

Building Surveyor

  • Responsible for managing their own projects from inception to completion, carry out surveys for Disability Adaptations to domestic properties throughout the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, develop briefs, prepare tender documentation, engage and manage specialist contractors.
  • Other work streams include the delivery of a wide range of communal area projects in connection with flatted accommodation and open spaces throughout the borough ranging anywhere from £5k to £1m in value.
  • The successful candidate will liaise with key stakeholders, coordinate and manage day-to-day project issues and report and communicate on a regular basis with the Senior Project Manager an ongoing update on the status of all projects.

Up to £40k plus excellent benefits package.
